Bio
I am a Doctor of Chiropractic at The Wellness Way in Centennial, I bring a deep personal understanding of health to my practice. Growing up in a home with a holistic mindset, yet often sick, my journey took a significant turn during her first two weeks at Life University. I was initially skeptical of a talk on birth control, by a Wellness Way Nurse Practitioner and Chiropractor, but I decided to attend with friends. That night, I discovered that the years of chronic health issues I faced—ranging from painful periods to recurring infections—were connected to the birth control I had been on for nearly a decade. I took action immediately and threw it out that night!
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University, a Master’s in Sports Chiropractic, and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University. My passion for healing extends beyond humans, as I am also an animal chiropractor, specializing in working with horses. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, paddleboarding, and spending time with her family. I'm a lover of travel and adventure, I dreams of visiting many countries and helping those less fortunate, all while continuing my journey of learning and healing.
