I’ve been a part of the CERTUS family for a long time. I closed my first mortgage in 1998 and I’ve continued delivering excellent service as the industry has gone through turbulent times in the past, and as it now enjoys low interest rates and stable underwriting rules.

I’ve spent half my time in the mortgage industry in management, as a branch manager and as a regional manager. While this time in management means I wasn’t dealing directly with the customer (my favorite part of the job), it provided a great education… because the only loans that end up on the manager’s desk are the loans that are in trouble.
